Ingredients

2 onions, peeled and thinly sliced into rings

2 cups milk

1 ½ cups flour

1 tsp Golden Spices Smoked Paprika Blend

1 tsp Aromat

Salt and pepper to taste

Oil for frying
Method

Place the onion rings in a bowl, cover with milk, and soak for at least 1 hour (longer for extra tenderness).

In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, Aromat, and Golden Spices Smoked Paprika Blend.

Working with a handful at a time, remove onion rings from the milk, shake off excess liquid, and toss well in the flour mixture until evenly coated. Shake off extra flour.

Drop coated onion rings into hot oil. Fry for about 1 minute, then stir to ensure all sides become evenly golden and crisp.
