Black Pepper Roast Lamb
Ingredients:
- 1 (4-5 lb) bone-in leg of lamb
- 2 tablespoons of Golden Spices' black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons of Golden Spices' garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of Golden Spices' smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon of Golden Spices' ground cumin
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, combine the black pepper powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and ground cumin.

Season the lamb generously with salt, then rub the spice mixture onto the lamb.

In a large roasting pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the lamb and sear on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Transfer the roasting pan to the oven and roast the lamb for 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature of the lamb reaches 135-140°F (57-60°C) for medium-rare.

Remove the lamb from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
