Lemon Pepper Fish Fillet
Ingredients:
- 4 fish fillets (such as tilapia, cod, or halibut)
- 1 tablespoon of Golden Spices' lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of Golden Spices' garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Golden Spices' smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of Golden Spices' cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine the lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).

Season both sides of the fish fillets with salt, then rub the spice mixture onto the fish.

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the olive oil and lemon juice. Add the fish fillets and seal the bag, making sure to coat the fish well with the marinade.

Marinate the fish in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Remove the fish fillets from the marinade and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Discard the marinade.

Bake the fish for 10-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
